Our Consumer Department has a strong background in mass litigation, always focusing on defending companies in the administrative and judicial sphere, against proceedings initiated by consumer protection authorities including Public Attorney's Office and Consumer Protection Foundation (PROCON), and in consumer claims.

Focused on defending our customer, our work includes tracking problems inside clients’ products and procedures, suggesting solutions and implementing preventive policies.
